Delivery and Shipping policy:

· Devissha offers ‘Free Shipping on all merchandise for shipping within India

· We, deliver our products to all postal addresses across India through our reputed shipping partner, and for this, the complete mailing address along with pin code is essential

· Transit time is between 7 and 10 days after confirmation of the order. However, the delivery timelines mentioned are indicative only. In rare cases, deliveries might be delayed on account of factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to covid restrictions, weather conditions, strikes, etc. In such cases, we request you to drop an email at support@devissha.in with your query and contact details. We will get back to you with the status

· We will not be responsible for any delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

. Our Courier partner will make 3 delivery attempts at your specified shipping address before they inform us that your package is not deliverable and return the product to us. In such a case, the customer will have to bear the reshipping charges. No cancellations will be allowed

. In an unlikely event that the package arrives damaged or appears to have been tampered with, please leave a suitable remark on the receipt to the logistics service provider/courier, also email us the pictures and opening video of the package at support@devissha.in within 24 hours of receiving the shipment

Cancellation Policy:

Please be aware once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. All orders placed are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Return policy:

· Returns will only be accepted in case of a manufacturing defect or dispatch of an incorrect item. In both cases, the refund will only be in the form of store credit. In both cases the shipping charges with be borne by us.

· In case of a manufacturing defect, email us at support@devissha.in within 24 hrs of receipt of the shipment. Request sent after 24 hours of delivery of the shipment will not be eligible for return. Never return the item without consulting us

· Our Quality Check team will verify the manufacturing defects, after which our customer service team will email or contact you for the necessary action

. In case we do not have pick-up courier service available at your location, you would have to self-ship the product to the below mailing address. A maximum of 150 INR would be given to you for reverse shipping.

· The product returned/exchanged must be in its original fold and packaging with original tags intact along with a copy of the invoice. Worn, damaged, washed, misfolded, or used items will not be accepted

· We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, we will provide you with a store credit amounting to the value of your returned order. You can use the store credit code with a validity of 3 months for any product listed on our website. If however the return is found not eligible for refund, we will courier the same back to you.
